What does post-construction cleaning of a villa include?

Interiors, pool, garden, terraces and accessible roofs: construction dust, cement, plaster, paint and silicone residue, windows and protective films – until the villa is ready for the key handover.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the villa, its size, its condition and the timeframe. We prepare a tailored quote for you.

Do you remove building rubble?

We bag the light debris generated by the cleaning. Rubble is handled by the construction company.
